The Sweet Science Boxing Fitness

The Sweet Science Boxing Fitness is a fitness center concept that provides boxing and fitness related programs. The system uses designated equipment and offers guided instruction for all skill levels with a proprietary method of instruction. Fitness centers will usually use a space of approximately 1,500 to 2,500 square feet. Each center includes one professional boxing ring, benches, station timer, heavy bags, punching bags and related boxing equipment. A retail section offers guests refreshments, branded boxing accessories and clothing.
